INDULGE is the Brainchild of Aylair Livingstone, a jamaican lawyer with a flair for teaming the artistic with the practical, Always tinkering with innovative ideas aimed at addressing challenges facing not only herself but common to all, it was not long before this leaning led her to thinking of ways to be able to indulge occasionally in “off limit” foods without sabotaging her own overall eating habits. So was born the sugar free cheesecake which was loved by visiting friends and family. This eventually led to thinking of other ways of also "putting the sweetness back into the lives" of the weight conscious, health buffs and diabetics, without all the added sugar, preservatives and additives.

Having decided to explore this as a business idea, a partnership was formed with her sister, Althea, and the line was extended to include the now famous sugar free and low sugar cruffins and cookies. To ensure that what we say, is indeed what you get, INDULGE works closely with the Scientific Research Council (SRC) in establishing the nutritrional values detailed on the back of the packaging of each product line and variants.

Our products are aimed at a certain demographic, namely, persons watching their weight and more particularly, sugar intake (this category is increasing steadily) and of course, diabetics who, given their condition, are constantly seeking alternative yet tasty eating options.
